Description of the mechanism by which the vehicle can be controlled. Describes constraints on the vehicle's dynamics.

Transformation:

  • from: the platform's coordinate system,
  • to: the coordinate system of the vehicle.

These will often be identical. An example where they are different may be a car, where one wants the platform CS to be at the GPS antenna, but the vehicle CS to be on the rear axle.
